1- 800 grams of kaki rojo brillante

2- 60 grams of pure cocoa powder

How to prepare it:

1- Peel the Kaki Rojo Brillante and chop them into pieces. Place them in a blender and blend until you have a smooth persimmon cream.

2- Once the persimmon cream is ready, open the blender, add the cocoa powder, and blend again until everything is well mixed and you have a homogeneous cream.

3- Prepare the flan molds, fill them with the cream, and cover each one with a bit of aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Place them in the refrigerator for at least five hours.
